Just ordered?
Tracking numbers take 2 to 5 business days to activate. Until then your link may show nothing at all. That is normal and it does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Ordered more than one thing?
Our pieces come from different makers, so a multi item order often ships in separate parcels and arrives on different days. Each parcel gets its own tracking number. If one shows up without the other, the rest is still on its way.
Tracking stuck on the same status for a while?
That usually means the parcel is between scan points, which is common on longer routes. If nothing has moved in 7 days, email us and we will chase it for you.
Still nothing after 7 business days?
Email support@fauxfold.com with your order number and we will find out where it is.
